We offer two types of arrangement:

• Prepaid time & expenses (for smaller engagements): For simple projects, our clients purchase prepaid blocks of 40 hours at £50/hr. On completion, they can leave any remaining balance on account for later use, or it can be returned.
• Retainer (for larger engagements): For on-going relationships, we usually set up a non-refundable monthly retainer (e.g., £5-10k/month) that enables us to dedicate the time needed without having to provide new estimates for small pieces of work.
